Shipping Policy

It is always our goal to provide a quick, efficient service to our customers.  Most or our prints are available from stock for dispatch next working day but, some are printed and framed to order – not a process we can really rush and ensure we maintain our high standards!

We mostly ship within the UK but, we are of course more than happy to ship globally.  If you want shipping outside of the UK, our international shipping policy is below, or contact us on +44 1304 612792 or email info@thehuntgallery.com to discuss options.

U.K Shipping

PLEASE NOTE - We can only ship Unframed prints. Framed, glazed prints are available for gallery collection only.

We offer free shipping on all of our Unframed prints within the UK.

Generally (depending on size) we use either ParcelForce or Royal Mail for our shipping to a UK address –and wherever possible, we use a next day service with tracking.  Once you place your order, we will email you to confirm dispatch date, service used and give you the tracking details.

Packaging

All of our unframed prints are packaged in postal tubes. Where we can, orders for multiple prints will be packaged together into a single shipment.  However, due to the sometimes large size of some of our prints, we sometimes have to ship in multiple parcels.  You will not be charged for multiple packages, unless special requests are made.

If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please create a separate order for each destination.

International Shipping

Import Taxes, Duties and Fees

All import duties, taxes and/or fees due at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the receiving customer.

Returns

The most important thing to us is to make sure we provide our collectors with the highest possible standard of prints of Michael’s work.  If there should happen to be a problem then our returns policy is intended to make the process of returning a print as orderly and efficient for you as possible.  You have 28 days from the date payment has been processed to return your order.

You may return any order or product purchased from The Hunt Gallery within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund, less the cost of postage. (i.e. If you purchased a print for £30 + £4.50 postage you will receive a £30 refund).

Procedure:

1. Inform us via email to info@thehuntgalleryprints.com or 01304 612792 that you intend    to return your order.
 2. Ensure the goods are returned in the condition they arrived in.
 3. Re-package the goods, where possible in the same packaging they were sent to you in.
 4. Make sure details of your name and address are included so that we know from whom they have come.
 5. Post back to: The Hunt Gallery, 33 Strand Street, Sandwich, Kent, CT13 9DS.
